Vickie Burt

Vickie Burt grew up with many childhood experiences in the early 1950s in South Georgia, which provided the inspiration for a series of 12 Granny B stories that parallel with flash cards of information from each of the Minor Prophets. She began teaching Sunday School at the age of fourteen and has continued her children's ministry and ladies' ministry as a pastor's wife in Valdosta, GA. In addition, she served for 32 years as a teacher and administrator in Valdosta City Schools and now serves as administrator of Lighthouse Christian School & Daycare. In addition to Granny B books, Vickie is also the author of PASSport to Success, a parent training program; Digging for Buried Treasure, a grant-writing book; and enjoys conducting trainings, Ladies' conferences, and speaking throughout the U.S.
