Not all leadership opportunities are the same, but you are definitely a leader. If you are serving Jesus, you are a leader to some degree. But one of the ironies of leadership is that many leaders struggle with insecurities. In this session, we will discuss a few causes of leadership insecurity and how to Biblically confront and overcome them so that you can lead more effectively for the Lord.

Most children’s ministries realize the importance of spiritual growth after salvation. All would agree that eternal security, baptism, church attendance, daily Bible reading, witnessing, prayer and giving are all necessary for a young convert to be firmly grounded in the faith. However, most churches do not see growth in their young converts. The reason for this is that most ministries pride themselves on being organized in this area, however the vast majority are not organized at all. In this class learn how to organize for growth after salvation.

Join our Director of Development, April Jessup, as she trains your workers on how to schedule, practice, and encourage your children to compete and be prepared for the big day. Oh, did we mention that she will be giving away FREE Regionals card game sets during this workshop? Don’t miss it!

Leaders in education do not come naturally; they are fashioned on the anvil of preparation. Every staff member wants to be successful but few are willing to possess a servant’s heart that displays a teachable spirit to others. If you want to be all that you can be for the Lord and still be relevant, distinctive, and purposeful in developing leadership, then this session is for you.
