Most children’s ministries realize the importance of spiritual growth after salvation. All would agree that eternal security, baptism, church attendance, daily Bible reading, witnessing, prayer, and giving are all necessary for a young convert to be firmly grounded in the faith. However, most churches do not see growth in their young converts. The reason for this is that most ministries pride themselves on being organized in this area, however the vast majority are not organized at all. In this class learn how to organize for growth after salvation.

Now more than ever Bible believing ministries are using livestreaming, social media, and website pages to carry on the work of the gospel. Many of these online resources give the church a valuable means of service to congregants, Christian school students, and individuals who may be completely unfamiliar with the ministry. As vital as these tools are, the church should be aware of the precautions it needs to take when having such a broad digital reach. During this session, a CLA attorney will give legal advice concerning your ministry’s online presence and will answer any questions you may have as you try to “keep company” during a pandemic.

No one should be more interested and invested in the church of tomorrow than the church of today. With the modern church movement evolving and more unstable than ever before, it is imperative that we train the next generation by working together creatively, yet without compromise. As the Apostle Paul mentored Timothy, we need to understand the importance of assisting our future leaders in reaching a changing world with the unchanging Word.
