Rhonda Damhorst
Mrs. Damhorst (or Mrs. D as she is affectionately called here First Baptist) was saved at the age of 12 while attending the First Baptist Church of Milford. As a faithful teenager in the church the Lord began using her to teach a Sunday School class of 4 and 5 year-olds. Mrs. D remained in the church as a children’s worker from the age of 16 to the time that she went to college at Midwestern Baptist in Pontiac, Michigan. In 1971, she received a bachelor’s degree in Religious Education from Midwestern, and then continued her post-graduate years at the University of Detroit in the field of Education. Mrs. D counts it a privilege to have served over 50 years with preschool children, and for more than two decades she has served in Master Clubs with the Little Lambs and Shepherds.
