Exhibitor Registration

Cost: $175 - 6 foot table
  $50 - each additional table

Each exhibitor registration includes a guarantee of a 6 foot table (please provide your own table cover) and a complementary registration for one individual (additional registrations can be purchased at the published rate). Each additional table will be supplied at a cost of $50 each. Access to a wall outlet may be available if requested early.

Registration Instructions

Each ministry must fill out the online registration form and wait for approval from Master Ministries. Once approved, each ministry will be sent an invoice for a non-refundable, full payment as an exhibitor, and one individual will also be registered for the conference.  The invoice is due and payable by October 4, and your space will not be reserved until full payment is received. If registering as an exhibitor, please do not register as a "delegate" elsewhere on the website. Only use the delegate registration if you are adding more people to your group after you have registered as an exhibitor. Please indicate your preference concerning the educational or church buildings; space is limited but we will do our best to accommodate.

Exhibitor space is provided on a first come, first served basis, but all ministries and business entities must be approved by Master Ministries before any exhibitor’s registration can be finalized. Prospective exhibitors who submit an online registration should expect a reply within two weeks of reception by our staff. This reply will be sent electronically using the email address provided by the prospective exhibitor. For further questions, please contact our office staff at 513-239-2261.
