Check-in for all registered attendees will open at 11:30 a.m. and continue until 1 p.m. on Thursday before the conference begins. Churches are requested to check in their entire group at the registration table so that materials, name badges, and conference notebooks can be distributed.
Discounted Leadership Registrations are given per church for the following individuals only: Senior Pastor, School Administrator/Principal, Youth Pastor, and Master Clubs Director. Any individual who qualifies for a discounted registration must do so by October 7th. After October 7th all pastors, administrators, youth pastors, and directors who register will be charged the published rate. Your church does not have to be a Master Clubs charter church to qualify for the discounted registrations, but only one discounted registration will be given per leadership title. Please fill out the registration form online but then call our office (800) 451-5023 to make your deposit. Do not process an online payment.
