When we, as influencers in the classroom, grasp that God’s desire is to be known and glorified among all nations of the earth, we have attached ourselves to a magnificent thought and an obligation to shape our teachings according to our findings. In this session we will deal with the issues, challenges, opportunities, risks, and rewards faced by children growing up in a ministry family. We will look at what God promises — and what He doesn’t promise — to parents who want to know that their kids will be okay if they follow Him into battle. We will also look at practical steps that parents can take, not only to keep their children from becoming collateral damage but also to leverage their battlefield circumstance into a valuable asset for their children’s present and future growth.

Our seasons of life are determined by our alignment of the SON with us. In today's society, as Christian workers, we have a strong desire to serve the Lord with everything we have, but we can easily get discouraged by being so busy with the wrong priorities that we have difficulty focusing on what really matters in life. This workshop is designed to help Christian workers to learn how to stay encouraged through all the seasons of life if we just remember that the SON knows when to set!
